By accessing or using Pdiffy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Pdiffy provides free online tools for working with PDF files and images, including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, watermarking, signing, and more. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale without written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

4. Your files

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. Pdiffy claims no rights over your content. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted - see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The Pdiffy name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of Pdiffy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep Pdiffy available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Pdiffy is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions.

In no event shall Pdiffy's liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0 for free users).

8. Free and premium tiers

Pdiffy currently offers its tools for free. We may introduce premium features in the future. Any paid features will be clearly labeled and priced before purchase.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for users who violate these Terms. Since no account is required, termination may be enforced via IP blocking or other technical means.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
